Effective Date – September, 2026
This Privacy Notice (including the European and United States Addenda) explains how National Air Cargo Holdings, Inc., NAC Acquisitions LLC and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries operating under the brand “National” (“National”) collect, use and share the personal information that is shared with National by, or collected by National from, its customers, vendors, and other persons using this website and National’s data information systems. National processes personal information in different context, and National does so by fully respecting your privacy, rights and freedoms in our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
This Privacy Notice is not a contract and does not create any contractual rights or obligations.
This Privacy Notice applies to all users of National’s services, websites, applications, features or other services anywhere in the world, unless covered by a separate Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice applies to the following categories of individuals:
All the above subjects are referred to as “you” or “your”.
National’s privacy practices may vary among the countries or territories in which National operates to reflect local practices and legal requirements, which National may explain through jurisdiction-specific addenda to this Privacy Notice. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the jurisdiction-specific addendum that applies to you and the main body of this Privacy Notice, the terms of such addendum will govern and prevail.
National has specific notices for how we process personal information from its websites relating to cookies, see the Cookie Policy and personal information for National’s employees or workforce.
Information National Obtains
Personal information means all information that can directly or indirectly identify you or other individuals. National obtains different types of personal information depending on the context of your interactions with National.
National also receives personal information from National’s customers in order to perform services. National may receive personal information from third parties, including public databases, social media platforms, instant messaging and communication platforms, or third party partners such as analytics or marketing providers.
When National picks up or delivers a shipment or provides other services, National may obtain physical location data. This includes, for example, data identifying the actual location of a physical address using information such as GPS data, geocodes, latitude and longitude information, and images of the various locations.
In addition, when you visit National’s websites, use National’s chatbot, use National’s apps, interact with National through third party platforms such as instant messaging and communication platforms, or interact with National-related tools, widgets or plug-ins, National may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies and web beacons. The information National collects in this manner includes IP address, unique device identifier, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, information on actions taken, and dates and times of activity. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag or clear GIF, links web pages or apps to web servers and may be used to transmit information back to a web server. Through these automated collection methods, National may obtain and store “clickstream” data to tell National usage patterns. National may link certain data elements National has collected through automated means, such as your browser information, with other information National has obtained about you to let National know, for example, whether you have opened an email National sent to you. National also use third-party analytics tools that collect information about visitor traffic on National’s websites or apps. Your browser may tell you how to be notified when you receive certain types of cookies or how to restrict or disable certain types of cookies. Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to use all the features of National’s websites or apps. Both National and others may collect personal information about National’s visitors’ online activities, over time and across third-party websites, when using National’s websites and apps.
National collects session analytics information, including browsing behavior, click patterns, keystrokes, and pages visited, when you visit National’s websites and applications. National and our third-party service provider may also collect, record, and analyze interactions with the chat feature of National’s website and application. This information helps National understand our customers’ online activities, determine usage patterns, provide customer service and support, and improve and impair website functionality. This information is also helpful to National’s experience teams so they can design better experiences for you.
The providers of third-party apps, tools, widgets and plug-ins on National’s websites and apps, such as Facebook “Like” button, also may use automated means to collect information regarding your interactions with these features. This information is subject to the privacy policies or notices of these providers.
Purpose for Collecting and Processing Personal Information
The purposes for which National collects and processes your personal information will depend on the type of relationship you have with National, for example if you are a website user or a customer requesting a quote.
In addition, National uses information collected online through cookies, web beacons and other automated means for purposes such as (i) customizing users’ visits to National’s websites and apps, (ii) delivering content tailored to National’s users’ interests and the manner in which National’s users browse National’s websites and apps, (iii) improving website functionality and user experience, (iv) debugging, identifying, and repairing errors that impair the intended functionality of National’s websites, (v) providing customer service and support, and (vi) managing National’s business. National may supplement data National collects through automated means with information about your location (such as your postcode) to provide you with content that may be of interest to you. National also uses this information to help diagnose technical and service problems, administer National’s websites and apps, identify users of National’s websites and apps, and gather demographic information about National’s users. National uses clickstream data to determine usage patterns and how National may tailor our websites and apps to better meet the needs of National’s users.
Disclosure of Personal Information
At times, National engages third parties or service providers to achieve our business objectives. There are other circumstances where National is required by law to disclose personal information to third parties including as required to public bodies, legal authorities and regulators. National does not sell or otherwise share personal information about you, except as described in this Privacy Notice.
Access, Deletion, Correction, and Other Individual Rights
Subject to requirements and limitations of applicable law, (i) you may obtain a copy of certain personal information National maintains about you or update or correct inaccuracies in that information through your National account, (ii) you may request that National delete personal information that National has collected about you, or (iii) you may have the right to obtain access to personal information National maintains about you by contacting us as indicated in the “How To Contact National” section of this Privacy Notice. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, National will take steps to verify your identity and/or may ask you to provide other details before granting you access to the information. In addition, if you believe that personal information National maintains about you is inaccurate, subject to requirements and limitations of applicable law, you may have the right to request that National correct or amend the information by contacting us as indicated in the “How To Contact National” section of this Privacy Notice. You may have certain other privacy-related rights as described in jurisdiction-specific addenda to this Privacy Notice.
Transfers of Personal Information Cross Borders
National may transfer the personal information National obtains about you to countries other than the country in which the information originally was obtained. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information.
When National transfers your personal information to other countries, National will protect that information as described in this Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable law. National uses contractual protections for the transfer of personal information among various jurisdictions (including, for example, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Data Security
National takes reasonable precautions to keep all information secure and against unauthorized access or use. National is committed to processing your personal information in a secure manner by creating specific technical and organizational measures to prevent the personal information that National has obtained from being accidentally or deliberately compromised.
National ensures that its staff understands the importance of protecting personal information and National is responsibly managing access rights. National includes both physical security and IT security in National’s overall data security approach including tailored measures based on sensitivity of the personal information. National makes reasonable efforts to notify individuals and regulatory authorities, as required by law, if National reasonably believes that personal information has been stolen, disclosed, altered or infringed by an unauthorized person. National created and maintain a breach notification and reporting protocol and an incident response plan.
“Do-Not-Track” Signals
National does not take action in response to “do-not-track” signals.
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates, although web browsers incorporate and activate this functionality in different ways causing lack of clarity on whether users intend these signals to be transmitted. There is currently no guidance on what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such signals. Therefore, National does not take action in response to these signals.
