Flight operations
The people in the cockpit and the cabin. One week a government charter, the next a humanitarian run, the next a passenger charter for a sports team. Every flight, a new plan. Every plan executed to standard. If you fly for a living, here’s where the flying gets interesting.
Roles include: Pilots, Inflight Crew
System operations center
Where every mission is planned, tracked, and kept on its course. Dispatch, mission planning, duty management, ground operations, and crew travel all run through here. Twenty-four seven. The SOC is where on-demand becomes on-time, and where complicated missions quietly become routine.

Technical operations
